سياسة الشحن والتوصيل 

1. مناطق التوصيل

تقوم "عدس هوم ستورز" بالتوصيل لجميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية، مع إمكانية اختلاف مدة التوصيل وتكلفته حسب المحافظة والمنطقة.

2. مدة التوصيل التقديرية

• داخل القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
• باقي المحافظات: من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
• المنتجات المصنعة حسب الطلب (مقاسات/ألوان مخصصة): قد تمتد المدة حتى 3-4 أسابيع، ويتم إبلاغ العميل بالمدة التقديرية الدقيقة عند تأكيد الطلب. قد تختلف هذه المدد في المواسم أو الأعياد أو نتيجة ظروف خارجة عن إرادة الشركة (كسوء الأحوال الجوية أو ظروف الطرق).

3. تكلفة الشحن

• يتم توضيح تكلفة الشحن بشكل صريح أثناء إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع النهائي.
• قد يُقدَّم الشحن مجاناً للطلبات التي تتجاوز حداً أدنى معيناً للقيمة، حسب العروض السارية على الموقع وقت الطلب.

4. التوصيل والتركيب

• تشمل خدمة التوصيل إنزال المنتج حتى باب الوحدة السكنية بالطابق الأرضي أو عبر المصعد إن وُجد.
• في حالة عدم توفر مصعد وكانت الوحدة بطابق مرتفع، قد يتم الاتفاق على رسوم إضافية لخدمة الرفع اليدوي، ويتم إبلاغ العميل بذلك مسبقاً.
• تشمل بعض المنتجات (مثل غرف النوم وخزائن الملابس) خدمة تركيب مجانية من فريق الشركة، ويُحدد ذلك في صفحة المنتج.

5. الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)

• يحق للعميل فحص المنتج ظاهرياً (التأكد من عدم وجود كسر أو تلف في التغليف) قبل سداد المبلغ لمندوب التوصيل.
• تحتفظ الشركة بحق تحديد حد أقصى لقيمة الطلبات المؤهلة للدفع عند الاستلام، أو استثناء بعض المناطق النائية من هذه الخدمة.

6. التأخير في التوصيل

لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن ظروف قاهرة خارجة عن إرادتها (كوارث طبيعية، إضرابات، قرارات حكومية، سوء أحوال جوية)، وستُبذل جهود معقولة لإبلاغ العميل بأي تأخير متوقع.

7. تتبع الشحنة

يتم إبلاغ العميل برقم تتبع الشحنة أو التواصل معه هاتفياً من مندوب التوصيل قبل الوصول بفترة كافية لتنسيق الاستلام.

8. استلام طرف آخر

يمكن استلام الشحنة بواسطة شخص آخر غير العميل بناءً على تفويض مسبق يوضحه العميل عند الطلب أو عبر خدمة العملاء.

3) Shipping & Delivery Policy 

1. Delivery Areas

Adas Home Stores delivers to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the governorate/area.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Greater Cairo and Giza: 2–5 business days.
• Other governorates: 5–10 business days.
• Made-to-order products (custom sizes/colors): may take up to 3–4 weeks; the customer will be informed of the precise estimated timeline upon order confirmation. These timeframes may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control (e.g., weather conditions or road conditions).

3. Shipping Cost

• Shipping cost is clearly displayed during checkout before final payment.
• Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a minimum value threshold, depending on active promotions on the Website at the time of order.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery service includes bringing the product to the door of the residential unit on the ground floor or via elevator where available.
• If no elevator is available and the unit is on a higher floor, an additional manual-lifting fee may apply, and the customer will be informed in advance.
• Certain products (e.g., bedroom sets, wardrobes) include free installation by the Company's team, as specified on the product page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Customers may visually inspect the product (checking packaging for breakage or damage) before paying the delivery agent.
• The Company reserves the right to set a maximum order value eligible for COD, or to exclude certain remote areas from this service.

6. Delivery Delays

The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, severe weather). Reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer of any expected delay.

7. Shipment Tracking

The customer will be provided with a tracking reference or contacted by phone by the delivery agent sufficiently in advance to coordinate receipt of the shipment.

8. Receipt by a Third Party

The shipment may be received by a person other than the customer based on prior authorization specified by the customer at the time of ordering or via customer service.
